Important Notice：Temporary Air Conditioning Outage at Hongqiao School – This Saturday, 13 June 2026

Dear Students,

We have received an urgent notice from the building management of Shartex Plaza, (where our Hongqiao campus is located). Due to a sudden technical failure, the central air conditioning system in the building must be shut down for emergency repair this Saturday, 13 June 2026.

Please be aware that the campus will remain open for normal business hours. However, according to the weather forecast, the temperature is expected to reach 30°C (86°F) on that day. Moreover, our Hongqiao classrooms face south, meaning they may become uncomfortably warm without AC. Your health and comfort are our top priority. Therefore, we strongly advise the following students to cancel or reschedule their lessons for this Saturday:

• Those who are sensitive to high temperatures
• Young children and elderly students

If you choose to cancel or move your lesson, please contact your course consultant or our customer service team. There will be no charges or penalties for rescheduling.

If you still prefer to attend your lesson as scheduled, please take necessary precautions to stay cool and hydrated – for example, bring a portable fan, drinking water, cooling towels, etc.
