Hidden among the skyscrapers of Lujiazui lies a thousand‑year‑old Taoist temple – Qinci Yangdian. We will take you into one of Shanghai’s oldest Taoist temples, explain Taoist culture, and ascend the tower for a panoramic view. On a clear day, you will see the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Shanghai Tower seemingly “growing” out of the ancient temple roof – a stunning juxtaposition of ancient and modern. After the tour, we will enjoy a Taoist Five‑Element Noodle Meal and present you with a Yin‑Yang Hetian Jade Pendant symbolizing balance and peace.

Event Details

• Date: Expected 31 May 2026 (Sunday)
• Time: Gather at 10:00 at Exit 4, Yuansheng Sports Center Station, Metro Line 6. The event will last approximately 3 hours, after which you may explore on your own.
• Guide Language: Panda Education will assign a senior teacher fluent in English and Japanese to accompany and explain throughout, ensuring a rich experience.
• Seats: Only 10 seats available, exclusively for current Panda Education students (first‑come, first‑served). Family members or friends of current students may join at an additional cost of RMB 70 per person.
• Costs: All expenses (temple admission, noodle lunch, jade pendant, guiding service) will be covered by Panda Education.
• Highlight: Taste the Taoist Five‑Element Noodles inside the ancient temple, experience “food as medicine” culture, and take iconic “ancient‑modern” photos from the tower.
• Gift: Each participant will receive a Yin‑Yang Hetian Jade Pendant (symbolizing balance and peace).
