On 20 September 2025, Panda Education successfully organized a distinctive free cultural workshop titled DIY
Mid-Autumn Mooncake Experience, exclusively for its international student cohort. The event transformed the classroom into a vibrant hub of festive camaraderie, where participants engaged in hands-on mooncake crafting under expert supervision.

Students meticulously prepared ice-skin mooncakes, mastering each step—from blending the translucent dough to encapsulating diverse fillings and imprinting intricate patterns with molds. The creative fusion of vibrant ice-skin layers with innovative flavor profiles reimagined this traditional delicacy, sparking enthusiastic cross-cultural dialogue.

As a symbolic culmination, each attendee received a bespoke Cantonese-style mooncake with a flowing-heart design, prepared by Panda Education. This gesture not only exemplified the institution’s commitment to cultural immersion but also fostered a profoundsense of belonging among participants, bridging geographical distance with shared heritage.
