For this free student event, we were fortunate to have invited Ms. YaoYuan, an experienced expert in traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health preservation, to bring a fascinating lecture on TCM health preservation to Panda Education's international students.

During the event, Ms. Yao explained the basics of TCM health preservationin an easy-to-understand manner, covering fundamental TCM theories such as yin-yang balance and the five elements' mutual generation and restraint. She also emphasized the TCM concept of "preventive treatment of disease," encouraging everyone to maintain their health through proper diet and regular routines.

Subsequently, Ms. Yao demonstrated the Eight-Section Brocade exercise, asimple and upbeat set of movements ideal for daily exercise. The students actively participated, carefully imitating the movements, and the atmosphere was lively.

At the end of the event, each student received a thoughtfully prepared giftfrom Panda Education – TCM health preservation tea. This tea, carefully formulated with various Chinese herbal medicines, has the effects of refreshing the mind, improving alertness, and clearing heat and toxins, and was well-received by the students.
