The competitively priced is one of a special characteristic of Panda Education. Due to this reason, our public prices has never been rosen up in the passed 7 years.
But as you know, the CPI has been rosen up too quick in these years. In order to keep a healthy operation of our organization, we have to change a little bit of our Public pricing list. We beg that you may understand our situation.
